Rebecca is a fierce advocate. She met us, undaunted, in rain, sleet, and blizzard. On top of this level of service, we toted along our two young daughters to all of the showings, and they just loved Rebecca. She was kind, fun, and always brought a smile to their faces. She got us into houses before they were on the market, she went with us to Open Houses, she got us in on the first-day nearly always, she was/is always upbeat and pleasant, and had sage, crafty advice for how to write an offer that would be accepted. We beat out seven other offers thanks to her suggestions. We have used her two other times since. We had a property that was going to attract a lot of lowballers and Rebecca sold it quietly, through her own network. We had a higher-end property that stayed on the market longer than we hoped but Rebecca was always upbeat, advising, encouraging, studying the market to let us know how to respond, and ultimately got us multiple offers when we least expected it.
